Taste of West Seattle big winner was Aroy Mak Thai; Best beverage and best vegetarian
Food fans crowded into the Hall at Fauntleroy for the annual Taste of West Seattle to benefit the West Seattle Food Bank.

In an obviously flavorful event, there was a lot of wine to go with so many bites of food from so many West Seattle restaurants. The Taste of West Seattle, a benefit for West Seattle Food Bank was well attended.
The 29 participants were all in a good mood and the food was all on point. The big winner of the evening was local take out and delivery That food provider Aroy Mak Thai.
The amount raised by the event is not known yet . The West Seattle Food Bank's Breanna Bushaw saiid, "We will have to add up our sales since they came in a few different ways. Our fundraising goal is $60,000. We are leaving donations open until the end of the day Friday and will announce as soon as we get a total. We wanted to give people time to make online donations after the event.
