It was pound or be pounded for the West Seattle Minor Little League baseball age 8-10 All-Star team at the state tournament in Vancouver.

The end result was a 2-2 split in games played and a Tuesday exit. 

West Seattle opened the tournament by posting an 11-5 victory over District 13 on Saturday, July 13 and turned around to take a 13-3 loss to District 4 Sunday.

The Westsiders bounced back to beat the District 3 team by a wide 15-5 margin Monday before being outslugged, 19-15, by District 6 Tuesday to be eliminated.

West Seattle entered as the District 7 champion.
