Sealth crushes Evergreen 68-0 in Metro-SPSL game; Game called
Sat, 09/02/2017
It was a blow out. After Sealth took the kickoff in their cross league contest with Evergreen High School the Seahawks took it to the end zone on the first play from scrimmage with Diego Jackson carrying. It didn't get any better for the undermanned and outmatched Wolverines.
The Evergreen squad, forced to play both offense and defense were simply no match for the flashy and skilled Sealth team as almost every time the ball changed hands, Sealth scored.
The game was called by Evergreen because of the lopsided margin.
Evergreen visits Foster to open South Puget Sound League 2A action at 7 p.m. this coming Friday as Chief Sealth hosts Decatur of Federal Way at the same time at the Southwest Athletic Complex.
The Seahawks are 3A members of the Metro League while Decatur is in the 4A North Puget Sound League.
