Barbara Ann Eggebraten (Shroeder) passed peacefully on January 7, 2018.  Barbara was born in Buffalo, NY on October 15, 1934 to Alice Richardson Olmsted and Daniel Shroeder.

Barbara lived in West Seattle for almost 80 years. She graduated from Alki, Madison and WSHS (’52).  After graduation, she worked in the medical field.  She married Roger Eggebraten in 1961 and they recently celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary.

Barbara loved classical music and opera. Barbara also loved baseball.  Her favorite teams were the NY Yankees and the Seattle Mariners.  Barbara and Roger enjoyed cruising to warmer ports of call.

Barbara is survived by her husband Roger, daughter Kim Serwold (Bob), and her grandsons Christian and Simon.
