Mount Rainier outgunned Kennedy Catholic, 5-3, Tuesday in a high-scoring boys soccer match at Highline Memorial Stadium.
The Rams ran their North Puget Sound League Cascade Division record to 6-4-1 with the win, good enough for third place in the standings.
The Lancers fell to 0-10-1 in division play.
Tahoma tops the Cascade Division with an 8-0-3 mark ahead of the 6-1-4 record of Hazen.
Coming in behind the third place Rams are Kentridge at 5-5-1, Kent-Meridian at 4-4-3, Kentwood at 4-5-2 and Kentlake at 2-6-3.
Kennedy hosts Kentridge at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Starfire complex in Tukwila.
Mount Rainier faces a 7:30 p.m. Friday showdown at Tahoma.
