LEARN HOW TO IDENTIFY FAKE NEWS AT THE SEATTLE PUBLIC LIBRARY NOV. 21
The Seattle Public Library regularly offers Fake News Survival Guide classes on how to stay informed and sort fake news from fact-based news. Join us from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 4, Boeing Technology Training Center Room 4, 206-386-4636.
The class provides an overview of fake news and the information cycle, instructions on how to evaluate information, and provide resources and best practices for identifying fake news.

Library programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage at the regular rates.
