“Music for the Soul”

Northwest Symphony Orchestra, continues their Music for the Soul series with a performance of Anton Bruckner’s monumental Symphony #4 on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 8:00pm at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Also, on the program are two works by northwest composers- Shuksan Storm by Ian Guthrie (world premiere) with students from West Seattle High School performing with the NWSO, and the second movement from Mountain Symphony by Sarah Bassingthwaighte.
ABOUT NORTHWEST SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
Northwest Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1987, and has received local, regional, and national acclaim, having been featured several times on National Public Radio and once on NBC’s Today Show. Under the incomparable leadership of Music Director Dr. Anthony Spain, the orchestra has grown into one of the Northwest’s premiere orchestras.
