Practices for spring sports have gotten underway, with jamborees starting off the season March 13-14.

Pros

Sounders

Seattle hosts Columbus for a 7 p.m. Saturday match at CenturyLink Field that can be seen live on JOEtv.

Mariners

Seattle hosts San Diego for a 12:10 p.m. Thursday spring training game in Peoria, Ariz. before visiting the Los Angeles Dodgers at 5:05 p.m. Friday.

The Mariners entertain Oakland at 12:10 p.m. Saturday and drop in on the San Francisco Giants at 1:05 p.m. Sunday.

Seattle visits Milwaukee at 7:05 p.m. Monday, hosts the Los Angeles Angels at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday and visits San Diego at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Friday's and Sunday's action will be televised on MLB and Saturday's on ROOT Sports.

Seawolves

The Tukwila-based Major League Rugby team gets a 6 p.m. Saturday visit from Utah at Starfire Stadium to be aired on ROOT Sports.

Dragons

Seattle continues its XFL season Saturday, visiting Houston for an 11 a.m. game on Channel 4.

Seattle visits Kelowna at 7:05 p.m. Friday and Everett at the same time Saturday before hosting Everett at 5:05 p.m. Sunday at the accesso Showare Center in Kent.

Tacoma visits Ontario Saturday and San Diego Sunday.

Husky men

Washington is at Arizona State for a 6 p.m. Thursday basketball game before going to Arizona at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Thursday's action can be seen on ESPN2 and Saturday's on ESPN.

Husky women

Washington plays a 2 p.m. Thursday Pac-12 tournament game against Utah in Las Vegas to be aired on the Pac-12 network.

West Seattle graduate Lydia Giomi and the Oregon Ducks await the winner Friday.

Husky softball

Washington is in Santa Clara, Calif. for 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. action Friday.

Husky baseball

The Dawgs entertain Utah Valley at 6:05 p.m. Friday and at 2:05 p.m. Saturday in a twin bill.

Cougar men

Washington State University visits Arizona at 7:30 p.m. Thursday on Fox Sports 1 and Arizona State at 3:30 p.m. Saturday on the Pac-12 network.

Cougar women

The Lady Cougars meet Oregon State for 8:30 p.m. Thursday Pac-12 tournament action on Pac-12 cable.
