Practices for spring sports have gotten underway, with jamborees starting off the season March 13-14.

Sounders
Seattle hosts Columbus for a 7 p.m. Saturday match at CenturyLink Field that can be seen live on JOEtv.
Mariners
Seattle hosts San Diego for a 12:10 p.m. Thursday spring training game in Peoria, Ariz. before visiting the Los Angeles Dodgers at 5:05 p.m. Friday.
The Mariners entertain Oakland at 12:10 p.m. Saturday and drop in on the San Francisco Giants at 1:05 p.m. Sunday.
Seattle visits Milwaukee at 7:05 p.m. Monday, hosts the Los Angeles Angels at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday and visits San Diego at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday.
Friday's and Sunday's action will be televised on MLB and Saturday's on ROOT Sports.

The Tukwila-based Major League Rugby team gets a 6 p.m. Saturday visit from Utah at Starfire Stadium to be aired on ROOT Sports.

Seattle continues its XFL season Saturday, visiting Houston for an 11 a.m. game on Channel 4.

Husky men
Washington is at Arizona State for a 6 p.m. Thursday basketball game before going to Arizona at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Washington plays a 2 p.m. Thursday Pac-12 tournament game against Utah in Las Vegas to be aired on the Pac-12 network.

Washington is in Santa Clara, Calif. for 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. action Friday.
