Practices for spring sports in the state of Washington just got underway Monday, with the first day of action not slated until Saturday, March 12.
Pros
Kraken
Seattle hosts Nashville for 7 p.m. Wednesday National Hockey League action at the Climate Pledge Arena.
The Kraken goes on the road to play Washington at 4 p.m. Saturday, Carolina at 4 p.m. Sunday and Toronto at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Wednesday's game can be seen on TNT with the other three on ROOT Sports Northwest.
Sounders
Seattle visits Salt Lake City for a 3 p.m. Saturday match before hosting Leon at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Lumen Field.
Saturday's Major League Soccer action will be aired on Fox13+ and Tuesday's on Fox Sports 1.
Seawolves
Seattle's Major League Rugby team hosts the NOLA team from New Orleans at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila.
Fox Sports 2 will carry the match live.
Thunderbirds
Seattle visits the Tri-City Americans for 7:05 p.m. Friday Western Hockey League action before dropping in on the Everett Silvertips at 6:05 p.m. Saturday.
The Thunderbirds come home to the accesso Showare Center in Kent to play the Americans again at 5:05 p.m. Sunday.
Stars
Tacoma entertains the Ontario Fury for indoor soccer action at 7:35 p.m Friday and 7:05 p.m. Saturday at the accesso Showare Center in Kent.
Colleges
Husky men's basketball
Washington hosts Oregon for 7 p.m. Thursday action and Oregon State at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
Both games can be seen on the Pac-12 network.
Husky women's basketball
The UW plays Colorado in a noon Wednesday Pac-12 tournament game in Las Vegas.
Cougar men's basketball
Washington State gets an 8 p.m. Thursday visit from Oregon State and a 1 p.m. Saturday visit from Oregon.
Fox Sports 1 will carry Thursday's action and Saturday's will be shown on Channel 7 TV.
Cougar women
The Cougars wait until 8:30 p.m. Thursday to play a Pac-12 tournament game in Las Vegas against a team to be determined.
Bulldog men's basketball
Gonzaga is awaiting an opponent in the West Coast Conference tournament for a 6 p.m. Monday game in Las Vegas on ESPN.
Bulldog women's basketball
Gonzaga plays a foe to be determined in 2 p.m. Monday WCC action in Las Vegas.

Redhawk men's basketball
Seattle University hosts Chicago State at 1 p.m. Saturday on ESPN+.
Redhawk women's basketball
Seattle visits Chicago State for a 10 a.m. Saturday game shown on ESPN.

Seattle Pacific hosts Alaska-Anchorage for a 7:30 p.m. Thursday GNAC tournament quarterfinal.

The Falcons open the GNAC tournament with a 2:30 p.m. Wednesday home game against Alaska-Fairbanks.

Washington is playing in the UNLV tournament in Las Vegas this Friday, taking on New Mexico State at 10 a.m. and Houston at 12:30 p.m.
