Jeffery Scott Richter was born on November 29, 1966 in Seattle, WA to Marvin and Linda Richter.  He died at the age of 55 on Saturday, June 4, 2022 in Boise, Idaho. Jeff attended school at Highland Park Elementary and Denny Jr. High.  His first three years of high school were spent at Seattle Christian.  His senior year of high school was spent at Seattle Lutheran.  As a youth, he attended the now Community of Christ Church and enjoyed youth and family camps. Jeff spent 30 years as a Metro Transit employee driving thousands of miles delivering commuters to their destinations.

Jeff leaves behind his wife of 24 years, Julie, daughters Amy Grace (18) and Emily Suzanne (15), his mother, Linda Richter, his eldest sister Lisa (Richter) Headland, nephews Kyle Headland (30), Brandon Headland (24), sister-in-law Tammy Streyle, mother-in-law Sharon Streyle and his beloved dog Scooby. He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Richter, his youngest sister, Kari Faye Richter, his grandparents Seldon and Grace Richter and Franz and Ruth Winegar.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 8, 2022 at 12 p.m. at Calvary Chapel South, 1340 West Smith Street, Kent, WA  98032.
