Four double digit wins added up to a state tournament championship for the Ballard-Magnolia Junior Little League fastpitch softball team.
The 13 year old All-Star squad clinched the crown with a 10-0 Friday night victory over Mill Creek at the Columbia Little League field in Vancouver.
Next up is a trip to Tucson, Ariz. for Western Regional action.
Ballard-Magnolia earned the journey the convincing way.
It opened the state tournament with a 19-1 win over Salmon Creek and followed up with a 12-1victory over Mill Creek
That put Ballard-Magnolia into the winner's bracket final.
The team found itself facing Federal Way National and won, 10-0, to earn its way into Friday's provisional final.
Mill Creek came through the loser's bracket and topped National, but needed to beat Ballard-Magnolia twice to win state but couldn't even come close once.
