What can hypnosis do? You might be very surprised

By Anthony Gitch
People have a wide selection of therapeutic approaches to solving a range of issues, hypnosis being one of the fastest in creating lasting results. Most people are unaware of the depth of hypnosis techniques and the fact that over time they have evolved into a variety or different modalities.
Note: there is no one size fits all approach to any challenge, issue, struggle, decision, or anything else in life. That means that hypnosis may not be a good fit for everything or everyone. Hypnosis is not a magic bullet! Hypnotists can only be considered guides or teachers and are not responsible for making the client change. When done correctly, the client recognizes that they did the work that created the change, and it is this sense of empowerment and recognition of their ability to take back control of their lives that drives them forward and compels them to continue down their new path.

Low tides coming on the Fourth; Expect crowds

Low tide on the Fourth of July at Alki Beach Park will be a minus 4.0 at 12:11pm. Down in Olympia that extends to 4.3. It's not the lowest on record however. That took place in 1916 when a minus 5 took place. If you plan to come down, get there early and be prepared to park at a distance. The high tide on Tuesday will be 12.24 at 7:54pm. Low tides will continue later in the week but not that low.

The Washington state ferry system typically warns that recreational vehicles and trailers may scrape on steep ramps at terminals due to the increased angle. Kayakers, boogie boarders, beachcombers and kids will be out in force due to the national holiday, timing and good weather forecast. The National Weather service is predicting temperatures in the mid 80's
