Critical Lass goes to Bike Expo Fashion Show!
What: Critical Lasses will gather at the Hub & Bespoke Fremont store at 11 a.m. That will give us plenty of time to travel to and wander around Bike Expo in Smith Cove – and still get good seats for the fashion show from 1:15 to 2 p.m. We'll regroup at 2:30 p.m. after the fashion models have finished signing autographs. Maybe they’ll even join us on our return trip back to our starting location in Fremont no later than 3:30 p.m.

Herring Fest
What: The Pickled Herring Band plays music reminiscent of dance pavilions and grange halls of yesteryear. From schottisches to polkas, waltzes to swing, these familiar melodies are bound to spark old memories and get your toes tapping. Enjoy Scandinavian pickled herrings and lutefisk as well as other tasty treats. RSVP to 782-4000 to attend.

Ballard ArtWalk
What: During the Art Walk, artists open their studios to the public and neighborhood businesses host local art on their walls. The Ballard Art Walk showcases painting, glass art, sculpture, performance, and more in venues from Leary Way to Shilshole, and as far north as 65th.

Ballard Pub Crawl to benefit multiple sclerosis
What: The 8th Annual Pub Crawl take place in Ballard this year. It's an annual event that raised $10,000 for a cause that affects each and every one of us in the Northwest.
In order to participate, pre-registration is $30 and day-of will be $35. You will receive your MS Pub Crawl t-shirts upon arrival. Drink Specials valid from 3-10 p.m. You can also donate straight to the cause at http://main.nationalmssociety.org/goto/PubCrawl

Mostly Nordic Chamber Music Series: "Finland" at Nordic Heritage Museum
Where: Nordic Heritage Museum (3014 NW 67th St)
What: “Birch Bark and Bothnian Breezes,” The PKH Trio, from Finland -- Multitalented musicians from Umeå and Luleå in Northern Sweden, Pia Karin Helsing (soprano, cello, violin), Görel Särs (accordion, piano, guitar), and Cay Nyqvist (clarinet, percussion, composer) present a program rooted in old music traditions of Swedish-speaking Ostrobothnia, Finland, with a magical blend of classical masterworks.

Price: Single ticket prices are $45 for Museum Members, $50 for non-Members (including smörgåsbord) and concert-only tickets are $20 for Members, $25 for non-Members. Season tickets for all five concerts (including smörgåsbord) are $195 for Members and $215 for non-Members.
