At approximately 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, the Seattle Fire Department responded to a 911 call at Golden Sunset, an apartment complex for people ages 62 and up across from the Ballard Locks.
As per rule for situations involving CPR, seven medics arrived on the scene in one ambulance and two firetrucks.
Bystanders said an elderly woman had a heart attack, but the Fire Department was able to respond fast enough to stabilize her and take her to the hospital.
We don't know the condition of the woman at the hospital. If you have any updates, contact us.
