The Anchor, Ballard’s first superhero, was spotted at local watering hole and restaurant Hattie’s Hat last Sunday. A powerful hero needs a powerful breakfast. The Anchor was downing three plates of food: rice and beans and eggs, chicken fried chicken and a country breakfast. (He attests that all three were delicious.) After he built up some energy, he spent some time behind the bar, making drinks and telling folks all the wonderful things about SeafoodFest.
