Update
Thank the Twitter Gods, SPD has found the missing man with Alzheimers from Ballard and he has been reunited with his family.
Charles "Chuck" Cornell, 66, was found at NE 45th and Corliss Ave N and was spotted by prominent Seattle online news commenter (perhaps most famously for The Stranger but also other places) Will in Seattle.
At 10:49 a.m., he tweeted "That missing guy from Ballard with Alzheimer's might be at the 44 bus stop at Fremont Ave N & N 46th #911"
At 10:52, he tweeted "Seriously there is a guy sitting in the bus shelter at Fremont Ave N & N 46th who did have some dementia signs @SeattlePD"
And at 11:34, the Seattle police tweeted, "Great news! Missing man located about 10 minutes ago in Wallingford area, being reunited with family."
And 11:42, SPD gave Will their thanks, "@WillSeattle Will, thanks again for the information. If officers hadn't checked 46/Fremont, they may not have located him at 45/Corliss!"
