Betty Turbo — Alaska-born artist Betty Turbo produces a wide variety of sticker-style artwork. With a BFA in photography from Rochester Institute of Technology, she has worked in many artistic fields, including letterpress and, briefly, cake decoration. Her work in letterpress has proved a big inspiration for her work, with most of her pieces featuring lettering of some sort. Brimming with color, style and a dash of humor, Turbo’s work is a must-see during Ballard Night Out.
