The National Nordic Museum will continue its traditional free First Thursday program throughout 2021. The next free First Thursday will be March 4, 2021.
Free tickets will allow for timed entry of small groups in half hour intervals to allow for social distancing. Once inside, ticket holders can stay for up to two hours (typical walking time through the Museum is 90 minutes). Tickets allow entry into all galleries including the current temporary exhibitions La Vaughn Belle: A History of Unruly Returns and The Experimental Self: Edvard Munch’s Photography.
Timed reservations are now available online: nordicmuseum.org/calendar.
Visitors will be asked to select the time and appropriate ticket levels for all members of the group. Tickets will be discounted to "free" once added to the cart and processed. Due to current COVID19 restrictions, a limited number of entries are allowed per hour and advance reservations are strongly encouraged.
Visitors without access to the Internet can call ahead to reserve a ticket: 206.789.5707.
The Museum will be open from 10am to 5pm on Thursdays; the last entry time will be 4pm. The Museum's mask policy and other safety procedures are available at nordicmuseum.org/welcomeback.
