Seattle Christian hosts Tyee for a 6 p.m. Wednesday game as Ballard goes on the road to Lake Stevens.
Foster faces a 7 p.m. Thursday home game against Auburn Mountainview as Mount Rainier entertains Bellevue.
Highline visits Foster at 5:40 p.m. Friday and Tyee entertains Sammamish at 6:30 p.m. with Seattle Christian going to East Jefferson at 7 p.m. and Evergreen hosting Summit at 7:15 p.m.
At 8:30 p.m. Friday it's Rainier Beach at Chief Sealth and Franklin at West Seattle.
Highline hosts Lincoln at 4 p.m. Saturday with Mount Rainier entertaining Tyee and Kennedy Catholic hosting Auburn Mountainview at 6 p.m.
Ballard will be home against Juanita at 7 p.m. Monday and Mount Rainier travels to Issaquah at 7:15 p.m.
Seattle Christian visits Cedar Park Christian at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday with Ballard going to Shorewood at 7:15 p.m.
Girls basketball
Wednesday has a full slate of Metro League games at 7:15 p.m. including West Seattle going to Ballard and Chief Sealth hosting Lincoln.
Evergreen is at Tyee in the Kingco at the same time as Highline hosts Renton and Foster travels to Sammamish.
Kennedy Catholic pays a 7 p.m. Thursday visit to Annie Wright in Tacoma.
Seattle Christian goes to East Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. Friday and at 7 p.m. it will be Franklin at West Seattle, Rainier Beach at Chief Sealth, Ballard at Garfield and Mount Rainier at Kentlake.
Highline visits Foster at 7:15 p.m. and Tyee entertains Sammamish at 8:15 p.m.
Tyee drops in on Mount Rainier at 4:15 p.m. Saturday and Ballard visits Liberty at 7:15 p.m. Monday.
Tuesday's schedule has Seattle Christian at Cedar Park Christian at 5:15 p.m., West Seattle at Glacier Peak at 6 p.m. and Foster at Auburn Mountainview at 7 p.m.
Wrestling
Mount Rainier hosts Kennedy Catholic for a 7 p.m. Wednesday battle.
West Seattle entertains Chief Sealth and Garfield at 6 p.m. as Ballard goes to Eastside Catholic.
Evergreen gets a 6 p.m. Thursday visit from Bothell, North Creek and Renton.
Foster goes to Hazen with Mercer Island for a 6 p.m. Friday clash and Kennedy Catholic participates in a tournament at Juanita starting at 9 a.m. Saturday and Chief Sealth in a tournament at Rainier at noon next Tuesday.
In girls only action at 5 p.m. this Thursday it will be Kennedy Catholic at Tahoma and Mount Rainier at Auburn-Riverside.
Gymnastics
Kennedy Catholic and Mount Rainier travel to Auburn for a 7 p.m. Wednesday meet along with Todd Beamer and Auburn Mountainview.
Tyee goes to Sammamish with Lindbergh, Juanita and Mercer Island at 7 p.m. Thursday as Highline goes to Renton with Interlake and Liberty.
Evergreen visits Lake Washington with Bellevue and Hazen at the same time.
Boys swimming
Evergreen, Highline and Tyee host Hazen for a 2:30 p.m. Thursday meet at the Evergreen pool and Kennedy Catholic goes to Kentlake at 3:30 p.m.
Chief Sealth and West Seattle are at Seattle Prep for 4 p.m. Friday action as Ballard entertains Franklin.
Bowling
Kennedy Catholic rolls into Secoma Lanes in Federal Way for 3 p.m. Thursday action against Todd Beamer.
Pros
Seahawks
Seattle visits the Los Angeles Rams for a 1:25 p.m. Sunday game that can be seen on Channel 13 television.
Kraken
Seattle drops in on the Anaheim Ducks for a 7 p.m. Wednesday game before hosting the Edmonton Oilers at 7 p.m. Saturday and the Toronto Maple Leafs at 6 p.m. Sunday.
The Phoenix Coyotes come to Climate Pledge Arena at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Wednesday's action will be carried on TNT and Saturday's, Sunday's and Tuesday's on ROOT Sports Northwest with Saturday's also broadcast on CBUT.
Thunderbirds
Seattle hosts the Everett Silvertips for a 7:35 p.m. Friday Western Hockey League match at the Showare Center in Kent before visiting the same team at 6:05 p.m. Saturday at the Angel of the Winds Arena.
Stars
Tacoma will be occupying the Showare Center in Kent playing the Dallas Sidekicks in a 7:05 p.m. Saturday indoor soccer match.

Husky men's basketball
Washington hosts Seattle University at 7 p.m. Saturday on the Pac-12 network before entertaining Utah Valley at 6 p.m. Tuesday on Pac-12WA.
Husky women's basketball
Washington gets a 2 p.m. Saturday visit from Eastern Washington University and Nevada comes to town for 2 p.m. Monday action.
Cougar men's basketball
West Seattle graduate Nate Pryor and the New Mexico State Aggies come to Pullman to play Washington State University at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Northern Colorado visits the Cougars at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Both games can be seen on Pac-12WA.
Cougar women's basketball
Washington State visits Brigham Young for an 11 a.m. Saturday game and goes to Cornell for noon Sunday action.
Bulldog men's basketball
Gonzaga travels to Phoenix to play Texas Tech at 10 a.m. Saturday on Channel 7 before hosting Northern Arizona at 6 p.m. Monday on ROOT.
Bulldog women's basketball
Gonzaga visits UC Davis at 2 p.m. Sunday and drops in on Eastern Washington at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Redhawk men's basketball
Seattle University goes across town to the University of Washington for 7 p.m. Saturday action on the Pac-12 network.
Redhawk women's basketball
Seattle visits Montana at 6 p.m. Thursday in Missoula before going to Billings to battle Montana State at 1 p.m. Saturday.
The Redhawks come home to play Western Oregon at 2 p.m. Monday.
