A Land Use Application has been filed with the Seattle Departmet of Construction and Inspections to allow a 5-story, 50-unit apartment building at 1103 NW Market Street.

No parking is proposed. Early Design Guidance conducted under 3040197-EG

The project has been in the works since last year and has had some public input, changing from a 45 unit structure to 50 units now.
