A middle aged woman, who may have been the victim of a hit and run accident, was found injured and unconscious at the intersection of 152nd and 4th Avenue SW Monday, Nov. 5.

CPR was administered by a King County Sheriff's deputy and she was rushed to Harborview Hospital in Seattle.
