A planned power outage, started at 9:38pm on Wednesday night, Feb. 27 affected 533 Seattle City Light customers. The outage was expected to be over by 6:41am on Thursday, Feb. 28.

Messages received by the Highline Times indicated that not all residents were informed of the outage and that 24 hours advance notice is customary.

The area affected is from 136th SW at the north end to Ambaum Blvd down to 141st SW and over to between 12th SW and 13th SW. Also affecting parts of 137th SW
