During the last week of March 2013, Burien Italian sandwich eatery on SW 152nd St papered up their front windows with a sign that read “Closed for Remodeling” but after seven years of doing business in Burien, Hey Paison! has served its last hoagie.

Hey Paison! has long been known in the Seattle Metro for their Philly cheese steak, pastrami, meatball sandwiches, East Coast cheese cake and authentic cannolis. The shop was won a number of awards including “Best Sandwiches in Western Washington” by King 5 two years in a row. In 2012 Hey Paison! was even featured on Check, Please! NW on PBS and received raving reviews.
