Santa arrives early at the 3rd annual Christmas Gifts & Tree Sale on the corner of 160th and 1st Avenue South. Lots of gifts giving items, including tools. Photos with Santa. They'll be open 7 days a week beginning Saturday November from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The tree lots will stay open later. The old Herr Lumber yard site will be torn down in 2014 to make way for CVS Pharmacy on the property.
