Now in its 4th year Burien Bites is a celebration of Burien restaurants where patrons can get a taste of several local eateries and business owners compete for bragging rights, all with proceeds benefiting local charities.

This year’s bite will take place next Thursday April 9th from 4pm-9pm.

This year the following restaurants will be competing for the “Best Bite”:

Mark Restaurant & Bar
909 Coffee & Wine
Frankies
The Maven Mercantile
Marlaina's Mediterranean
Oishi Sushi
Black Zia Cantina
Mick Kelley's Irish Pub
Australian Pie Company
Greek House

Burien Tasters can purchase tickets for $2 in advance at the Discover Burien (427 SW 152nd St) or HomeTask (611 SW 152nd St) offices. Tickets will also be available the evening of the event at HomeTask.
Tasters will then exchange a ticket for a bite at each participating restaurant. Participating restaurants then have the opportunity to donate back their redeemed tickets to benefit a charity of their choice.

Tasters are encouraged to vote for their favorite bite. Registering your vote is really easy, just go to www.burienbites.com click on the “Rate a Restaurant” button and enter your information, or just follow this link https://www.burienbites.com/Member/Create. You’ll receive an email from info@burienbites.com that will include a link to the voting page, where you can caste your online vote for your favorite bite.

Everyone is invited to the "after party" on 6th Avenue Southwest and Southwest 152nd Street where they can watch the vote tallies roll in after 9pm. The winner will be honored with the gigantic Burien Bites trophy, which will be displayed in their business until next year.
