Seattle Christian captured the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association for Class 1A girls high school track this spring.

The 14 members of the Warriors team combined for a grade point average of 3.794.

The award program was created not only to recognize and reward teams that maintained the highest GPA in their sport and classification, but also to acknowledge the teams with GPAs over 3.0. If a team averages a 3.0-3.49 GPA they qualify for the Distinguished Team Award, while a team with a GPA between 3.50 -4.00 receives the Outstanding Team Award.
