Navos will open a temporary cooling center in Burien

In response to the forecast for extreme heat in the Puget Sound region, Navos today announced it will open a temporary cooling center on Thursday, August 3 only - from 10 am until 6 pm at its Health and Welness Campus at 1210 SW 136th St, Burien, WA 98166 in Burien near the corner of Ambaum and 136th Avenue.
The public will be welcome to Navos “Revelle Hall”, an air conditioned meeting space located in the Navos Community Center Building adjacent to the main building on the first floor. Drinking water will be provided. Visitors are asked to park on the street as the parking lot is reserved for clients.
