Burglary on Myers Way

Around 3:30 p.m. on Tues., Oct. 17, officers received a report of a residential burglary in the 10600 block of Myers Way S. The thief, who forced open the front door to get inside, took shoes, an Xbox, computer and a phone charger. 

Burglar takes military medals

A thief broke into a home on the 600 block of S.W. 156 Street around 7 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 18 and stole military medals. The burglar came in through an unlocked window. 

Car shot at Highline High School 

A man’s car was shot while he was parked at Highline High School, 225 S. 152 St., just after midnight on Thurs., Oct. 19. Two rounds struck the vehicle.  

Burglary at SeaTac Public Works Facility

Officers were dispatched to the City of SeaTac Public Works Facility, 2000 S. 136 St., for a report of a commercial burglary. The maintenance supervisor said sometime during the night, suspects entered the fenced equipment yard and stole tools and a utility vehicle. The crime was reported at 7 a.m. on Fri., Oct. 20. 

Residential burglary on Military Road 

A burglar kicked in the door of a home on the 16000 block of Military Road S. The crime was reported around 12:45 p.m. on Fri., Oct. 20. 

Assault at transit center

A man randomly attacked a passerby at the Burien Transit Center, 14900 4th Ave. S.W., around 3:35 p.m. on Sat., Oct. 21. 

Robbery and carjacking

A report of a carjacking and assault was made around midnight on Sat., Oct. 21. The crime occurred at the intersection of S. 120th Street and 24th Avenue S.

Controlled substance violation at Motel 6 parking lot

A subject was found passed out in a car in the parking lot of a Motel 6, 16500 International Blvd., around 11:40 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 11. The individual had heroin and stolen liquor in the car.
