King County Sheriff's detectives have made an arrest of a juvenile male in the shooting death of a 27 year old Burien man in White Center Sunday night. The suspect was booked into the King County Youth Detention Center earlier this week.  At this point, there is no new information about what led to the fight that occurred just prior to the shooting.  Detectives are still actively investigating this incident.  

Witnesses said the victim had been involved in a physical fight with suspect prior to the shooting. 

At around 10:40pm deputies responded to a report of a man shot near SW 96th St and 15 Ave SW.  When deputies arrived they found a man on the ground not breathing.  Deputies administered CPR until Medics arrived but resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Witnesses told police that a group of men were with talking with the victim prior to the shooting. The suspect who was with the group of men fought with the victim.
