Section 1, Amendment XXV to the Constitution of the United States of America.
In case of the removal of the President from office or his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
There is widespread concern about Donald Trump’s fragile restraint to avoid exchange of threats with North Korean Kim Jun Un.
Conversations rise to the level of expecting implement and rightfully so.
What seems to be dominant on people’s minds is Trump’s mental health issues, abuse of power and obstruction of justice.
On the issue of North Korea, Trump doesn’t have the military experience or the emotional stability or sense of diplomacy to handle a crisis of this magnitude. This renders Trump unfit to discharge the duties of his office.
Should Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his invesigation team find probable cause to impeach Trump, then Trump has the option transmit a written declaration to the senate and Senate and Congress requesting his own resignation.
However, in my opinion, Vice President Mike Pence would be a change of the guard and may carry out Trump’s agenda by proxy.
In the meantime, Mr. Tom Steyer is running an ad on TV (Needtoimpeach.com).
As for the Trump-G.O.P. tax reform bill, it has Russian implications to control the poor and middle class and enrich the racist wannabe dictator occupying the White House.
