Two cars stolen during residential burglary
A burglar broke into a garage at a home located in the 3700 SW Three Tree and stole a 2015 Corvette and a 2011 Suburban that were parked in the garage. The crime was reported at 2 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 4.
McLendon Hardware burglarized
When the manager at McLendon Hardware, 10210 16 Ave SW, arrived at work around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3, he saw a green Jeep Cherokee, which he recognized from an earlier car prowl. He then reported a commercial burglary to police.
Controlled substance at park
Around 11 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3, officers were conducting an area check at Steve Cox Memorial Park, 1321 SW 102 St, when they discovered a man with drug paraphernalia.
Commercial burglary on 1 Ave S
The manager of eCig N’Vape, 15500 1 Ave S, called about a commercial burglary around 8:35 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 3. The thief broke in the front door with an unknown tool.
Assault at library
There were multiple victims at King County Library, 1409 SW 107 St, around 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, when a man started throwing a chair and then punching people. The suspect was seen leaving the library and getting onto the bus.
Residential burglary on SW 160 St.
Around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2, officers responded to a burglary report on the 900 block of SW 160 St. The caller told police about the crime that occurred at the unoccupied home of her deceased father. The burglar entered through the front door.
Drunk at grocery store
A subject was found to be highly intoxicated – and sleeping, in the parking lot of Super Saver Foods, 10616 16 Ave SW, around 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28.
Assault at 7-Eleven
Suspects tried to shoplift VR goggles from the 7-Eleven, 11065 8 Ave S, around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 25. When confronted by the clerk at the store, the burglars threw the goggles hitting him in the head. One suspect had a pistol. The fled in a vehicle from the scene.
