To the editor:

Apparently, the GOP is using Trump’s book, The Art of the Steal, as a blueprint for their policies, decisions, legislative attempts. None is more blatantly obvious than the current Tax Law. Trump and his GOP minions never miss a chance to brag highly about it, how great it will be for us regular Americans – and they are lying to us, everyone! Tiny Tim, don’t bless them, please! More money in our pockets, more jobs that the wealthy and Corporate America will create, … and on and on! Remember the expression, ‘Roll up your britches, it’s getting awfully deep in here!’. No, Trump and his GOP bandits have no intention to help any groups except their rich donors. Some have renamed the Tax Bill as ‘The Donor Relief Bill’. As far as the rest of us, there will be a little extra at first, then nothing, then higher taxes than now. The Corporate Tax Reduction is permanent – as in FOREVER! An actual rate of maybe 9%, if anything at all. The ball bounces back and forth as far as grounds for impeachment go: Collusion, perhaps Obstruction of Justice. Why not simply: GRAND THEFT AND JUST LYING?
