Information from King County Sheriff 

Last night, 03/28/2018 at 9:36 PM Deputies were dispatched to a shooting call at the 13700 BLK of Ambaum Blvd SW. The first Deputies arrived one minute after the 911 call and found a chaotic scene of people running and cars speeding away. They located two female victims, unknown exact age but described in their teens. CPR was administered on-scene and Medics transported them both to Harborview Hospital where the teens later died.

Detectives are continuing to investigate exactly what happened but believe this is gang related. Here’s what we know so far: multiple shots were fired during a disturbance in the parking lot of an apartment complex and the two female victims were hit by gunfire. The male suspects left the scene, possibly in a vehicle parked nearby, but we have no more information on this yet. Detectives will continue to work this investigation and I will provide an update as soon as I am given more information.

The public should be assured KCSO/ Burien Police will be conducting extra patrols of this area.
