UPDATE 6:00pm
Some pockets of outage remain in West Seattle but power has been restored for the vast majority in the area.
UPDATE 11:00 AM
The power has been restored near Normandy Park and in Burien but the outage is persisting in North Highline and Highland Park, according to Seattle City Light.

A snow storm that was largely underestimated in terms of it's strength blanketed the Seattle area late Sunday and through the morning hours of Monday February 4, knocking out power for people in Burien, Normandy Park and parts of North Highline and parts of White Center and Highland Park.
The outage went down Maplewild Drive around Three Tree Point and up along Ambaum to around 140th SW. The second outage area began at SW 130th and extended over to HWY 509 north to SW 100th. The expected restoration time was approximately 12 Noon.
