 Highline Public Schools is hosting its first-ever school tour for community members on Wednesday, March 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“I see inspiring things happening every day in our schools, and I want community members to see them, too,” said Superintendent Susan Enfield. 

The tour will showcase Des Moines Elementary School, one of two new schools opened this year thanks to a bond passed by voters in 2016. The tour will be followed by lunch prepared by the culinary arts students at Puget Sound Skills Center (PSSC).

11:00 a.m. Meet at PSSC - 18010 8th Ave S, SeaTac 98148

11:25 a.m. Take a bus to Des Moines Elementary

11:40 a.m. Tour Des Moines Elementary

12:15 p.m. Return by bus to PSSC

12:30 p.m. Lunch at PSSC
