I am writing this in response to the (letter, Nov. 16) from Ms. Loop with Windermere Realty.

Her criticism of In Bloom is way out of line. I have had the pleasure of doing business with Pamela and Benita for more than a year and found them to be very committed to their community and the friendly atmosphere of the store makes it a feel good kind of place.

They have had to work additional jobs at times to keep the place going and still have been able to give to some of their favorites charities.

In all fairness, the community deserves to hear In Bloom's side so that they can form their own opinion.
