Just a quick note to say in this day of bad news I'm happy to express good news.

The flow of my water pressure has been diminishing, so I called to inquire if the water was now being contaminated. The water was okay but when the salesman learned I couldn't get to the store at this time and didn't have the knowledge to install the new filter once I get it, guess what he did?

He delivered the new cartridge - he took care of the problem - at no charge!

I am happy to spread the good news that there are still news that there are still great companies, Albert Lee Appliances and great salesman, Matt Geherts.
