I want to thank all the wonderful staff and volunteers at Providence Mount St. Vincent Nursing home. It is truly a jewel for those in need of experienced care.

My mother, Gloria Thompson, spent the final five months of her life there. She was given nothing short of the finest care anyone could ask for. All of my family spent countless hours there, observing care givers doing tasks for not only her, but others, that most of us would have a tough time with.

A special thank you to the staff on two north, the rehab staff, admitting, the food service,the people who entertain, and the spiritual staff.

Next time you're driving on 35th Avenue, be sure to look up and see a real West Seattle, and for that matter, Seattle, treasure, and know in time of need, there's a place ready to take care of you or your love ones.
