Notes: This project is funded by a City of Seattle Neighborhood matching funds grant.

Budget: Approximately $10,000.00 for professional design services.

Scope: Provide landscape architectural services to develop a phased master plan for the renovation of the Gatewood Elementary School Playground. Services shall include: Coordination and collaboration with the Steering Committee and Community groups; facilitation of three community meetings; review with school district; development of a master plan that must adhere to Seattle School District requirements.
