This is about Rebekah Schilperoort's article this week (April 12).
Being an early morning walker along Alki, I would like Lieutenant Paulsen to explain why anywhere from three to six police cars are parked at Tully's most mornings from 30 to 60 minutes. Seems like they all do not have to take a coffee break at the same time. When I have mentioned it to an officer all I got was a nod as he walked in to Tully's.
I walk about 5:15 a.m. to 7 a.m. most mornings and observe the police going to and from their coffee gathering, but not cruising around.
