Over the years, the Boren school building is not appropriate for Pathfinder school for so many reasons I can not even begin to list them.

It has been a transitional location over the last few years for West Seattle High School, Madison Middle School and Cleveland High School. While I have felt badly for those students, that had to attend school in that building, it was OK because of the fact that it was temporary.

Moving Pathfinder to this building is not appropriate for a small, alternative K-8 school. I, for one, would not allow my child to attend school at this facility. I have not spoken to a single other parent who does not feel the same way. This not a threat, it is a simple fact - moving Pathfinder to Boren will be the end of Pathfinder.

I hope the School Board will consider an alternative. The thought of little children attending school at that facility is appalling.
