I have heard about an atrocious case of animal cruelty involving a puppy named Peanut and that Pasado's Safe Haven in Monroe is offering a $2,500 reward for any information leading to the arrest/conviction of the perpetrator.

I am beseeching you to please let the public know that a reward is offered to help bring in tips. _

Animal cruelty is shown to be the first step in a fast progressing line to violence against other people (adults and children). _
