I read with interest the credit Dow Constantine gives himself and the King County Council, but I have a different view on the reasons Metro decided to pull the Bus Wrap Program.

I believe one of the larger reasons is that the Metro Union, I.U.O.E. Local 587, was able to get Metro to agree the wrapping should be performed by union workers, at union wages, rather than the non-union wrap workers that were being used.

By the way, Metro is always looking for good drivers, if you want to help change things, become part of the process.
