Highline Cancer Center and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society will offer a free community class on "Food, Mood and You" on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Presented by Bastyr University Naturopathic faculty and students, the 6 p.m. class will be at Highline Medical Center's Somers Auditorium, 16251 Sylvester Rd. S.W., in Burien.

Information about how food affects you and your mood will include practical tips on how to keep a balance.

A light dinner will be provided and mini massages will be available.
