Auto crimes increasing
SeaTac police are investigating an increasing number of auto-related crimes along International Boulevard. Hotels, motels, and areas with large parking lots have been victimized.
Cars are being broken into and items like cell phones, and other valuables are being taken.
Cars are also being stolen with police officers finding many cars that have been stolen from other jurisdictions.
SeaTac Crime Prevention Officer Reynolds has met with area hotels and motels to offer prevention tips and increase awareness.
A pattern alert has been given to local officers to emphasize these problems. Investigations are currently ongoing.
