Southwest Suburban Sewer District issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Adoption of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan Update for the Southwest Suburban Sewer District. Population projections were made over a twenty-year period. Existing sewer facilities were reviewed to determine their adequacy of current and future projections. Sewer system recommended improvements are identified and scheduled.

After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, Southwest Suburban Sewer District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment

Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the District office, 431 SW Ambaum Boulevard, Burien, Washington 98166-2462, (206) 244-9575. The public is invited to comment on this DNS by submitting written comments no later than April 18, 2006 to Steve Sandelius, General Manager, at the above address.
