NOTICE OF PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE OF ANNEXATION

Notice is hereby given that on March 7, 2006, the Board of Commissioners of Southwest Suburban Sewer District, King County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 2006-09 which approved and authorized the annexation of the area known as Island Annexation 2006-02, Area known as Woodside Park - Manhattan Village which is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto. The effective date of this annexation shall be May 2, 2006, subject to the referendum procedures set forth in RCW 57.24.180 and 57.24.190.

Woodside Park/Manhattan Village Annexation

Beginning at a point on the east-west centerline of Section 32, Township 23 North, Range 4 East W.M., located in King County, Washington, said point lying on the easterly margin of 1st Avenue South, a distance of 45 feet east of the West 1/4 corner of said Section;

Thence Easterly along said East-West centerline of said Section 32 to the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 4, Plat of Manhattan Village as recorded in Vol. 50 of Plats, Page 24, Records of King County, Washington;

Thence Northerly along the East line of said Lot 7 to the Southerly margin of South 183rd Street;

Thence Northerly across South 183rd Street to the Southeast corner of Lot 18, Block 3, said Plat of Manhattan Village;

Thence Northerly along the East line of said Lot 18 to the Northeast corner thereof which is also a point on the South line of Lot 7 said Block 3;
