KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON

NOTICE OF PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE OF ANNEXATION

Notice is hereby given that on March 7, 2006, the Board of Commissioners of Southwest Suburban Sewer District, King County, Washington, adopted Resolution No. 2006-08 which approved and authorized the annexation of the area known as Island Annexation 2006-01, Area known as Gregory Heights Division No. 3, which is legally described in Exhibit A attached thereto. The effective date of this annexation shall be May 2, 2006, subject to the referendum procedures set forth in RCW 57.24.180 and 57.24.190.

EXHIBIT A

Gregory Heights Division 3 Annexation

A portion of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 3 East W.M. situated in King County, Washington, described as follows:

Beginning at a point at the intersection of the centerline of SW 172nd St. (formerly Sylvester Road) and Sylvester Road SW;

Thence north and east along the centerline of said Sylvester Road SW to the intersection of east line of Section 25;

Thence northerly along the East line of said Section 25 to its intersection with the North line of Lot 25, Block 3 of the Assessors Plat of Normandy Park Highlands according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 47 of Plats, Pages 33 and 34, records in King County, Washington;

Thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 25 to the Northwest corner thereof;

Thence Southerly and Southwesterly along the Northwest line of said lot 25to its intersection with the East line of Lot 23, Block 3, of said Assessors Plat of Normandy Park Highlands;

Thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot 23 to the Southeast corner thereof;

Thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot 23 to the Southwest corner thereof, which lies on the East line of Lot 3 Block 17, Gregory Heights Division No. 3 according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 24 of Plats, Page 27, records of King County, Washington;

Thence Northerly along the East line of said Lot 3 to the Northeast corner thereof;

Thence Westerly along the North line of Block 17, of said Gregory Heights Division No. 3, Lots 1 and 2 of Hillcrest View Heights, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 74 of Plats, Page 55, records in King County Washington and the South line of Lot 21, Block 3, of said Assessors Plat of Normandy Park Highlands to the intersection with the centerline of SW Hillcrest Road;

Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of said SW Hillcrest Road to its intersection with the Northeasterly extension of the Southeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 16 of said Gregory Heights Division No. 3;

Thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 1, Block 16 and its Southwesterly extension to its intersection with the centerline of SW 172nd Street, formerly S.W. Sylvester Road;

Thence Southeasterly along the centerline of S.W. Sylvester Road to the point of beginning.
