Thanks to the people who make Burien great.

Here are two examples.

The first was the customer service I received when I took my car in for a repair of a flat tire. My car's flat tire was repaired complimentary, quickly and with a smile. A nice surprise on a day when things weren't going as planned.

The second was participating in an ivy pull at Dottie Harper Park. This time, it was volunteers who care about Burien donating time and muscle to make Dottie Harper Park more enjoyable for all.

It was a delight getting to know people and making this town a better place.
