After repeated bouts of intestinal discomfort subsequent to eating at some Burien food establishments, I decided to check out the King County Health Department's website for local, recent violators to see if I was imagining things. I was stunned at the findings.

These are violations with the highest risk of causing food borne disease. Any ONE of these violations listed equals an unsatisfactory inspection.

I hope the local food establishments who have received violation(s) will work harder to ensure customer safety and the general reputation of Burien's eating establishments.
